Baby greens, apples, mandarin oranges, and tuna are tossed together in this fantastic summer salad!
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1 (10 ounce) package mixed baby greens
- 1 Granny Smith apple - peeled, cored and diced
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
PREPARATION:
Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat, and saute the tuna until heated through.
In a medium bowl, toss together tuna, salad greens, apple, and mandarin oranges.
