Muy delicioso! Very good if you want a quick and sweet snack. And there is no need to use the oven, microwave, or stove! If you want, use whipped cream in place of the yogurt.
INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 (8 ounce) container vanilla low fat yogurt
- 2 semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 pretzel sticks
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon sugar
PREPARATION:
Plop the peanut butter onto a plate. Cover it with vanilla yogurt. Place two chocolate chips onto the blob for 'eyes'. Stick pretzels into the blob for arms, legs or antennae. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top.
