INGREDIENTS (for 1 servings):
- 2 cups red leaf lettuce - rinsed, dried and torn
- raspberry walnut vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 2 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
PREPARATION:
Toss lettuce with dressing in a mixing bowl; transfer to a serving dish. Scatter grapes, goat cheese, and pecans on top, and enjoy!
