Yogurt takes some of the caloric bite out of this creamy green dip--perfect as a potato topper or alongside fresh crudite.
INGREDIENTS (for 4 servings):
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon chopped green onion
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
PREPARATION:
In a medium-size mixing or serving bowl, combine yogurt, sour cream, parsley, cilantro, green onion, and celery salt. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
