Sprinkling
Prepare the chocolate dough and pack it into a cookie press. Press out cookies onto ungreased cookie sheets using one or more decorative plates. Sprinkle the unbaked cookies with chocolate sprinkles or finely chopped nuts. As the cookies bake, the toppings will stick to them.
